As requested in nextcloud/files_automatedtagging#142 I open a new ticket for this feature request.

It would be nice to have the option of importing and exporting flows. Currently I'm setting up a new installation making heavy use of tags and automated tagging. Afterwards I'd like to use these tags also in another existing installation. At the moment I have to do the work of configuring the flows again. Importing and exporting would save me a lot of time. Furthermore it would be possible to create a "flow repository", where users can find flows from other users and import them into their installation.

Moving to the server as this affects Flow in general. I think that makes sense to have. cc @blizzz @jancborchardt

@cfranz @juliushaertl Could one of you append "Flows" to the title? The title of the issue seems too ambiguous after the transfer of the issue.
