SMB access broken on 21.01 and 21.0.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Nextcloud
2. Add new external mount (SMB) using Guest/Anonymouse access (it is important!)
3. Trying to access SMB share is impossible (bright-red color around smb folder, and asks for editing when clicked).

Expected behaviour

Should be possible to access the folder.

Actual behaviour

Can't acces to share, new windows appear with message:

External mount error
There was an error with message: Empty response from the server. Do you want to review mount point config in admin settings page?

When it is working!

There are 2 scenarios when i make it working:

1: I set Username and password from the Samba users database (with correct password). This is what i do not want to do. Guest/Anonymous access is possible and was working well with Nextcloud (i do not know when it brake!). Also Guest/Anonymouse access is possible from other computers/smartphones with Windows 10, Windows 7, Android 10.

2: I set Authentication method to Global credentials and then it works fine (with false/guest/anonymouse login/password! - My Nextcloud use username/pass that do not exist in Samba).

Other useful info is:

smbclient -U Noone //localhost/folder

is working fine with random or no password.

smbclient -V

Version 4.13.3

For sure version 19 and 21.0.0 was working fine with Guest/Guest (login/pass).

NOPE :( I enabled the guest access and then check guest users can access mounted storage and I even added the guest group the SMB permissions and no luck. I'm able to click on the share but when i try to open files i get the message below

Ok. I made a lot of testing with many NC version (20, 21) on RHEL8 and RockyLinux8, with PHP 7.4 and PHP8.0.
What i find out is, removing "php-smbclient" library make it work correctly!
It have to changed at some library update, not Nextcloud itself. But how to diagnose it, i have no idea. At least, if anyone will be searching for solution - try to remove php-smbclient library, or install older version!

I couldn't sleep thinking about this, and i finally found where the problem is.
I believe, it is only affecting EL users (RHEL, CentOS, RockyLinux etc.).
The problem is with libsmbclient package, not with php-smbclient.
PHP-smbclient will work just fine (newest version too) if libsmbclient will be downgraded to older version:
Removing currently installed library:
rpm -e --nodeps libsmbclient
Then download older version:
dnf download libsmbclient-4.12.3-12.el8.3
and install it:
rpm -Uvh --nodeps libsmbclient-4.12.3-12.el8.3.x86_64.rpm
After that i restarted php-fpm "service php80-php-fpm restart", and everything started to work again correctly!
I filled a bug at RedHat Bugzilla, but i got no idea if it will be fixed or something.
At least - it is not Nextcloud fault.

Got the same issue on a raspberry.
I was on php 7.4, moved to 8.1 and then installed the php-smbclient
sudo apt install php-smbclient
Now it's working again.
