After installation of a fresh Nextcloud, there's a number of notifications like a request for statistics and some recommended apps.

It'd be nice to spread these out a little. Especially for the recommended apps, as we could recommend more if the notification didn't come right away but, say, 2 per week.

and would require a config switch "don't bother me with recommended apps" for admins that don't want to receive those in the future
