Bug description

This is a Duplicate of #26556 but as wished by @szaimen I opened a new Issue. (Therefore this issue was already reported, and I know that)

Tried to move eight files on my desktop from Folder A to freshly created Subfolder B and one File could not be Moved. Server Error can be seen in Nextcloud Log. No it is not Possible to do anything with this File.

There are two goals for me:
Fast: Get a wrkaround, so I can move this file again!
Not so fast: Fix the bug. :)

Steps to reproduce

Does not occur Everytime!

Select Files
Move to a new Location

Expected behavior

Files are Moved without any Problems.

Fast (and very dirty solution):

Enable Maintenance mode
Empty _file_looks table
Disable Maintenance mode

Little cleaner solution would be to only delete the corresponding file_looks entry, but I was not able to find the right entry.

I just ran into this too when moving two files. My desktop client reported an error with one of them and then I was unable to do anything to that one file. Eventually, I was able to back up the file locally, delete it from the web interface and also the trash, and then re-upload the file to the directory I was trying to move it into.

I can confirm this issue on 28.0.4 with PostgreSQL 10.23. Is there a workaround available other than copying and then deleting the file, instead of moving it?
