A user should be able to configure an absence period.

Frontend: #40767
Backend: #41051

Requirements:

  • Start date (required)
  • End date (required)
  • (Short) status message
  • (Long) absence message
  • Help texts for fields to highlight differences between short and long messages
  • Add to availability section in user settings (below the existing form)
  • Kill switch (first iteration should make the feature opt-in because there is no use of the OOO data)
