The elements in these lists are not accessible to screen reader users.

Needs to be fixed with @nextcloud/vue NcRich...

I made a POC solution using aria-controls and aria-activedescendant by some hacks to catch selecting an option in the tribute. Changing the size to M (though, could be even S).

This issue also finishes #41879

Resolving this issue may help because it likely will add keyboard focus detection. But we need to change styles anyway to fix the contrast issue.
