Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen:
the File and folder listing where makes the User public or mark as "Downloadcenter",
as example :
http://www.blackysgate.de/files/

this listing all folder and files,
were the folders and files mark as puplic-files

this is well for Softwaredistriebutors,
Software Programmers, Linux Distriebutors and so on,
all where want give files or whole Folders as public
download possibilitys.

This can include in Homepages, iframes or direct integrating
in webpages and makes very easy for working,
uploading and sharing files with the public.

Sharing files with links it's possible, via mail, but sharing folders/files
as Downloadportal/Centre from the User, i guess not.

With this have any programmer the possible for fast and easy share her/his files.

Already implemented: Just share a folder by link and use that link.
