[Bug]: Can not set expiration date for new shared links. Date is in the past error #43733

Bug description

When I try to set an expiry date for a shared link, I always get the error: expiry date is in the past.
No matter what date I pick.

I use Firefox on Windows if this matters.

May be relates to #43720 ?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select a file and go to Sharing -> Share link
  2. Try to set an expiration date for the shared link
  3. System will error: Date is in the past

Save the Expiry Date
