Bug description

Auto-logout not working on files app page in nextcloud with following parameters in config.php.
'auto_logout' => true
'session_lifetime'=>900
'session_keepalive'=>true
'remember_login_cookie_lifetime'=>0

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Nexcloud web interface
2. Remain inactive for more than 900 seconds
3. Refresh the page. Still you will be logged in

Expected behavior

It should log out if inactive period is more than 900 seconds
