[Bug]: Cannot get LDAP to work

Bug description

When trying to set up a new LDAP connection, the setup wizard failes at the first steps with the error message The Base DN appears to be wrong and An error occurred. Please check the Base DN, as well as connection settings and credentials. when clicking on Test Base DN.

When executing ldapsearch from the Nextcloud Container, I can contact my LDAP server and query users. So I think there is no issue with my LDAP server or the network connection to it.

In the dev console of the browser, I can see the following messages:
will not save undefined key: ldap_base
will not save undefined key: ldap_dn

When starting a dev instance in a docker container on my local machine, I get an error that the LDAP server cannot be reached (which is true) and I can click on Detect Port, which does not work in my already existing instance. I am using SAML to for the user login, but I want to add LDAP, so I can automatically delete users, which are no longer existing.

I am using Nextcloud Version 27.1.7

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to admin settings
2. Go to LDAP/AD integration
3. Try to set up a connection and click on Test Base DN
4. Get errors and be unable to proceed.

Expected behavior

It is possible to set up a LDAP connection in the GUI wizard.
