Raised hand should be removed if participant speaks

If a participants raises his hand, the raised hand should be automatically removed once the person starts speaking. At the moment the hand is raised until the user removes it manually.

We should probably make a threshold (e.g: after 3 secs speaking) for automated removal as the user might accidentally open and close the mic.
