Recording files can be quite large, and large file uploads can fail just due to the nature of networks. The recording server and the Nextcloud server are typically in the same internal local network, which should reduce the incidence of those issues, and even if the upload fails it will be retried, so it may eventually work. But it would be better if uploads can be chunked to minimize the issue as most as possible.
