Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a call for the first time in a room
  2. See blur on the preview and continue

Expected behaviour

Blur is on

Actual behaviour

Blur is off

Talk app version: Master and Talk desktop

After I still changed to "Blur" and joined, my camera and mic were disabled in the call.

The on/off of video/mic is also the other way around it seems.
