Video is blurred, but the selected option is "None"

Talk app

Talk app version: Desktop 0.6.0 with Talk 17.0.0-rc.1

Can not reproduce on Browser.
Also not with main of Desktop client, so might be a problem with value transition and should be fixed by #9513
