We have a method to get deployed channel names, but not channel names in general. The getChannelNames() method doesn't help, because there's no way to tie any of those names to their respective IDs.

Added a method to ChannelUtil that gets any channel's name (deployed or not) by ID.

Verified the ability to get a channel name give the ID by making a call to the appropriate ChannelUtil method.
