[BUG] Previous Message Shows in Message View When Messages Have Been Filtered Out

Describe the bug
When viewing a message that should have no contents immediately after viewing a message that did have contents, the previous message's contents remain on the screen instead of being cleared.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a message that the information has been filtered out
2. Select a message that contains information
3. Select message that should have no information
4. Previous messages contents show in the message that should have no content.

Expected behavior
The message with no contents should have a blank ‘Message’ window

Actual behavior
Contents from previous messages show when messages should not contain any contents

Workaround(s)
Exit and return to the dashboard and view the message. Contents should be empty.
