Support more protocols (DESFire etc)

At the moment, we can only emulate certain cards and only if we register the relevant AID before installing the app. It would be great if we could just support all NFC cards. This requires changes to the native code, which we will probably do using hooks with substrate. Alternatively, one could compile a custom CyanogenMod, but the build process keeps failing on me. :/

Closing this, as this is all part of the big native code efforts (which do not have a corresponding issue, it seems).
