OS X needs to support compression and decompression as well as at least the acl_compression.py script.
Unit tests must also pass.

Add OS X to cmake and make.py.
OS X needs to be added to Travis CI as well.

MacBook Pro from late 2013, 2 physical cores, 4 logical. Ran CMU with 2 cores, with AVX, x64:
Compressed 67.04 MB, Elapsed 00h 53m 22.81s, Ratio [21.32 : 1], Max error [0.0479]

No wall clock measurement as it doesn't work on OS X either from python.
