Feature Request: Resize, Move or Minimize Modal

Bug description: Feature Request. Can you provide a way or example on how to make a modal resizable, movable and minimizable?

Versions of Angular, ng-bootstrap and Bootstrap:

Angular: 7.1.4

ng-bootstrap: 4.1.1

Bootstrap: 4.3.1

Even though all these features sound appealing, as they are not provided in Bootstrap in the first place, I don't see we would implement them, at least in a close future. I will flag the request as type: feature and let others team' members give their opinion on the topic.
