Users using a keyboard are unable to scroll down the modal when opened using arrow keys. #4681

Bug description: Using arrow keys, content inside modal is not getting scrolled.

Versions of Angular, ng-bootstrap and Bootstrap:

Angular: 15.2

ng-bootstrap: 14.2

Bootstrap: 6
