HowToBuild.txt

Before building the first time you have to profrom the following steps:
1. Run cmd.exe as Administrator.
2. Enter the following command in the command prompt.
   netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:8887/ user=DOMAIN\user

Then do the following steps:
1. Copy the zipped ninject files to lib/Ninject
2. Run UnzipDependencies.cmd
3. Run build-release.cmd
