hi @samthrusha123 thank you for opening this. most likely, you are hitting an issue where the ngrok traffic is being intercepted by some sort of corporate firewall tool.

You can try setting root_cas: host in your config file using ngrok config edit https://ngrok.com/docs/agent/config/#root_cas

The other times I've seen something like this, it was because a network admin deployed software to block the use of ngrok. Do you think this might be the case?
