Update for 2019 election?

Are you planning on updating this for the 2019 election? Regardless, a quick red alert at the top of the page saying the data presented was for the 2017 election might be useful.

Here's the list of candidates (might be more added until next Monday, Aug. 26):

I made a bit of progress a while back but recently had a newborn so have had no time! Have just pushed what I have... please feel free to make a PR and I'd be happy to upload.
