Allow user to select desk to output CSV to

As of 53c2247, CSVs get output to the %crunch desk. This should be the default, but users should be able to override.

Where exactly does the output go? The generator seems to be working fine but I can't find the output file

I just pushed a commit to change how the generator is run: it seems to have broken since last I used it.

Briefly, if your planet lives at ~/urbit/sampel-palnet and you've mounted the crunch desk, then running

:hood &helm-pass +crunch!crunch /csv-dumps/my-csv-file/csv *@da

will create a CSV file (and possibly the dir, if it does not exist) at

~/urbit/sampel-palnet/crunch/csv-dumps/my-csv-file.csv
