This is a question.

I'm using Google Cloud Build for my CI purposes, and coveralls for coverage analysis. This coveralls package is used to send coverage data to coveralls during a build step after the tests are run.

I want an option to fail a build if the coverage is dropping. Can I use this API to wait for the coverage result after it has been submitted, and fail a build in case coverage is dropping?
