get_honcho_output in test.helpers seems to assume honcho is installed first #29

... which is kind of weird when running tests...

Could we instead run the local python pointing to the honcho entry point rather than assuming that "honcho" as a command is available?

Tests are now run under Tox, so the test environment should be consistent.
