"Loading..." message never ends

Trying to open a .wav file with Google Drive Music Player, the loading screen appears but never completes loading. It is stuck on the "Loading..." screen. It actually loaded successfully twice before, but after trying to create a playlist of the .wav file (the playlist also got stuck on the loading screen), the audio file itself then got stuck on the loading screen.

Environment: Google Chrome Version 40.0.2214.111 m on Windows 7 SP1

Update: Same exact file loads and plays back fine in Firefox 35.0.1 on same machine. Perhaps a Chrome issue.
