That should be relatively easy.

The current page is plain text. We'd have to change it to HTML (with a PRE block for the current text) and add a button or large highlighted text with a link to http://stardew.farm/

Bonus points for adding a link to the person's farms.. but that's probably gonna take more work than it's worth it.

Folks are asking specifically that the systray points to their farm. I'll try that.
