I'm having a very strange issue.
If I open chrome browser, open local instance of chatgpt-web, select gpt-4-1106-preview model and ask question:
"What year data do you contain?"

I get response:
As an AI language model, my responses are based on the data I was trained on, which goes up to September 2021. That means I don't have access to events or developments that occurred after that point, nor do I have the ability to browse the internet or update my knowledge with new information since September 2021. For current information or events happening after my last update, it's always best to consult the latest resources or real-time data from reliable sources. gpt-4-1106-preview using 273 tokens ~= $0.004630

But if I open safari and do the same, I get:
As of my last update, I have access to information and data up until early 2023. Any events or developments occurring after that time are not within my knowledge base, and I cannot access or provide real-time data beyond that point. gpt-4-1106-preview using 139 tokens ~= $0.002350

It's likely an issue on my chrome browser's side, but still, maybe someone else is experiencing this or have some ideas how to resolve this?
