Review available data, devise sanitation approach. i.e. From MS Access to denali-medexam
Include missing data points -- risk to health and examination types
Build sanitation scripts
Build upload/bulk insert scripts/endpoints
Support later, simplified imports (one - click)
Later: Data backup strategy

Use a flat file strategy for the export from MS Access as the data looks unfit for import separately: employees, employers, sessions. A flat file will at least provide a contiguous way of processing the data
