Add A1c estimates to Daily Stats report table

Add A1c estimates to Daily Report table (so can be copy pasted in to spreadsheet to chart daily data vs TIR).

Describe the solution you'd like
Add two new columns to the end of the Daily Stats report table to show the A1c estimate for DCCT and IFCC using the calcs as per the Glucose Distribution report.

Set this up last night on our NS site and looks like:

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm already scraping the data in to a spreadsheet and doing the calc in there, but realised could add here as I remember reading someone else asking for the same thing (a while ago and before i'd ever looked at the NS code).

Additional context
None, it appears to be a minor change.
