Hi!

I noticed that this link in the Prerequisites is dead: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Miscellaneous/References/OktaAWSMulti-AccountConfigurationGuide.pdf
I tried to locate the PDF but I haven't found it yet.

Also, minor typo in the second paragraph: 'if have more than one Okta App' -> 'if you have more than one Okta App'
