Allow workflow use with remote knowledge repo. Cache and pull it. #27

Feature ✨

Use cache dir when cloning knowledge repo.

Then pull in background on calling workflow at internal. Have variable that points to a local path to opt out of using the remote cached version. For my own personal use.
