Cannot cancel an annotation #14

Once the user clicks the comment glyph, there is no way to cancel the annotation.

Suggested fixes:

Add a "cancel" button next to the "reply" button
Allow the user to click the glyph again to close it

mwytock0812 added the enhancement label
