Cosmetics don't work, but emotes do

Friends have written to me that it is not working for them, but everything is fine for me. From what I saw they turned everything on correctly and have the same version of Lunar as me. For one of them it shows "Invalid Login" and for the other it simply says that there are no cosmetics. Weirdly all the emotes are available and working. So the problem is only occurring for some people. We are all using Windows 11 and Lunar a1f71bc.

If updating lcqt and lunar doesn't work idk what I can do. Emotes work bc it's made using a class transformer instead of hooking certain packets.
