Introduce a feature to reward top editors with a "zap" feature, allowing users to recognise the efforts of trusted editors

Develop a system to verify edits based on the editor's track record. This could help determine the reliability of the information provided.
Consider a mechanism whereby edits made by high quality editors are more readily accepted by the central team, thereby streamlining the update process.

Establish local map editing teams and provide them with tools such as a dedicated Telegram group. This would facilitate real-time discussion and improve coordination of local edits.

From what I've seen on the map, there are a lot of places that are either fake or outdated. So, some kind of fast user feedback is necessary imo.
I like the idea of like/dislike, I would add something like a termometer to know which locations are known to be accepting crypto recently or similar.
Community discussion is maybe overkill since we don't have such a big community adding and reporting locations right now
