= NestedTransactions

NestedTransactions adds nested database transactions to any ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapter
that supports savepoints. I've tested it with both Postgres and MySQL. The code is taken
almost entirely from a post by William Robinson (airbaggins) on RailsTrac a few years ago
(http://dev.rubyonrails.org/attachment/ticket/5457/nested_transactions.rb).
