Add option to select icon to use for a given app

Currently, the icon used is taken from a fixed image key (itunes_logo_big). For Apple Music, this is the Apple Music from Apple's brand guidelines, and for iTunes this is the iTunes logo. An option should be added to allow selecting from a list of icons, to permit iTunes users to either keep their existing iTunes logos, or to switch to the modern apple music logo
