Running slice time correction to beginning of TR

Hi

Would it be possible to add an option to slice time correct to the beginning of the TR instead of the middle?
Also copying @effigies suggestion for the addition this would require - adding the tzero parameter to the AFNI Tshift step.

Setting --slice-time-ref to 0 became available with #2573.
