[BUG] Acquisition directions are not correctly handled #346

I have 4 runs of resting state data: 2 run with RL acquisition, 2 runs with LR acquisition.
The files in bids are called:

sub-XXX-rest_acq-RL_run-1_bold.nii.gz
sub-XXX-rest_acq-LR_run-1_bold.nii.gz
sub-XXX-rest_acq-RL_run-2_bold.nii.gz
sub-XXX-rest_acq-LR_run-2_bold.nii.gz

After running MRIQC, I get 2 reports:

sub-XXX-rest_run-1_bold.html
sub-XXX-rest_run-2_bold.html

From the logs it seems that all 4 datasets are analyzed though. Is it possible that the report is being overwritten?
