Hi @styner, we are interested in getting DTIPrep running in Slicer again, perhaps during project week next month. One question before considering further: is there any test-suite/data for DTIPrep? The port to ITKv4 seems to be a substantial amount of work (#4), and it would be difficult to ensure correctness without tests. Thanks.
