i'd like to suggest that you give "next" button or something in form, maybe at bottom of the form, first of all it was confusing. didnt knew from where should i go next.

I was thinking about the same. I think having it split from the form is off-putting. I am looking at some possibilities, on the side. However I can use your issue to discuss this further.
