  • remove extraneous angular url
  • remove floating label above trial selector
  • re-initialize event count when creating a new trial
  • disallow editing of timeline card if not in event popup dialog
  • better UI for adding/modifying metadata on events

TODO: metadata table has weird spacing when input fields are present
