As I mentioned in the Nix Mozilla matrix room:

It might be good to have a way to trigger a warning if flake-firefox-nightly hasn't updated in some number of days.

  1. Not sure what it means from a security standpoint to be stuck on an old Nightly.
  2. User expectations are likely that they ARE on the very latest, which me might not be, (see: current issue with nightly crashing)
  3. GitHub Actions notification behavior is unacceptably awful and means that maintainers might not even be aware that they're blocked.

If this can be figured out then we should also add one to nixpkgs-wayland
