大标题与正文以及小标题之间的行间距太大了，请问该怎么修改

在标题中添加\vspace{-2cm}可以更改，但是也会将页眉以及目录的格式更改，使得发生错误

下面例子中的 0pt 可以改成任何合法的长度值。
