[FEATURE] Show project version

If you want to submit an issue related to a dev-version, it's heavy to find out the exact commit.

Describe the solution you'd like

• -v/--version flag which determines the version and the commit Id.
• If it is possible, the commit id should also be printed in error messages.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Commit Id in version file -> not lightweight and has to be updated every commit
