NICER OBSIDs from at least October 2021-present do not resolve in the code. Giving a KeyError:0.

This appears to be an issue with astroquery. Observations from October 2021-present aren't querying when calling nicermastr with astroquery.
This could be a problem with not being up to date with astropy v5.1.

At present this appears to be an issue of astroquery.heasarc not resolving alias'.
Example: "Crab Pulsar" will only pull some OBSIDs where "PSR_B0531+21" will pull more recent observations,
Still working to confirm this for other sources through.

This is no longer an issue. HEASARC in astroquery isn't resolving pulling all the same OBSIDs as the web interface. Use the more specific source name when querying EX. Crab Pulsar -> PSR_B0531+21
