Hey, hope all is well. I think that a site that provide great info even if that site is directing the user to another site:
http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/infrastructure.html#transferable-objects
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Worker/postMessage
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/workers.html
Is a valuable site it self. Which you are already doing for content you have up and than linking the source or more info of that subject.

But I speak of content you don't have up, in this sense, even know you are directing the user to another site. Put up a note saying that "this section is being work on and while so you can visit these site for helpful info". Than you could put in the keyword for web crawlers to pick up on and show your site in the search result.

I think you should give permission to allow certain sites (like w3c, or working groups similar to them whatwg, MDN, etc) to host some of your content.

unless you are going to start doing advertisement on javascripture.
