Avoid max-inline-size of Utrecht textbox for column support #24

The textboxes don't span the entire column width currently, probably due to a built-in fallback token. Perhaps inside columns we should set the max-inline-size token to 100%

Set default size is medium, on plugin install set for not columns as large OR When column is selected: Force 100% :-)
