Hi,

while I can fit multiple endpoints with nlmixr just fine and the nlmixr plots also distinguish between the endpoints, I have not found any function or setting how to use an xpose.nlmixr object to create the diagnostic plots separately for multiple endpoints. Is it possible to use xpose.nlmixr to create the plots only for specific endpoints?

Many thanks and best wishes

Andreas

P.S. also with ggPMX I got an error message when I set the diagnostic plots to

> ctr <- pmx_nlmixr(full_PPK1, endpoint = "cent", dvid = "CMT")
[...]
Error: $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors
